The Stone

The surface is assembled from lapis chunks ranging from deep midnight blue to vivid cobalt, with white calcite veins and grey-blue tones running through individual pieces. Craftsmanship

Each lapis chunk is individually cut and assembled into a flat surface within a scalloped gold perimeter frame. A pair of straight cylindrical bar handles is mounted horizontally at each end — clean and minimal, letting the stone take all the attention.
