The Stone

Real amethyst in a rectangular tray format. The surface shows the stone's actual character: muted purple, grey-lavender, and dusty violet, with warm rust and ochre undertones from natural iron inclusions. Visible chevron banding within individual pieces. Not the vivid purple of gemstone imagery: the complex, quiet beauty of actual amethyst as it comes out of the ground.

Craftsmanship

Each stone piece is individually cut and assembled into a flat rectangular surface. The edge is electroformed: real metal deposited directly onto the stone in your chosen finish. Unlike a plated finish, electroformed metal is bonded to the surface. It won't chip or rub off with use. Choose your handle style: the Botanical Leaf features ornate cast brass handles with flowing leaf and branch detailing; the Royal Arch features a rope-textured grip bar with elaborate acanthus-leaf scroll brackets. Both are finished to match the edge.
