All orders are processed within 5–7 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation. You will receive a notification with tracking details once your order has shipped.

We offer free shipping on orders across India above a qualifying amount. International shipping is also available — rates calculated at checkout.

Duties and Taxes

For international orders, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes once it reaches your destination country. These charges are the customer's responsibility.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow 48 hours for tracking to update.

Refunds, Returns and Exchanges

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the item. We will work with you to find the best resolution.
