Cancellation Policy

If you are looking to cancel your order for whatever reason, we are here to help.

To cancel an order, reply to your order confirmation email and tell us whether you want to cancel a particular product or the entire order.

Additional information

• Cancellation requests must be made within 24 hours of placing the order.
• Refunds are processed within 24 hours of your cancellation request being approved. Your bank may then take up to 10 working days to credit it.
• Personalised and customised pieces go into production quickly, so a cancellation on these is only possible before we send your design preview for approval.
