The Stone

A slab of natural green aventurine in deep forest and pine tones, with pale mineral mottling and a soft sheen across the surface.

The Design

The aventurine is edged in metal and mounted at the centre of a 10 inch frosted glass disc, which diffuses light behind the stone. The edge is electroformed: real metal deposited directly onto the raw stone, building a thick, permanent border. Not gold leaf or gilding, so it will not chip, peel or rub off.
