The Stone

A single slab of agate in vivid magenta and fuchsia, its surface densely crystalline so the colour catches the light in facets rather than lying flat.

The Design

The slab is thick and cut to an organic outline, with a heavy scalloped metal border wrapping the entire edge. The edge is electroformed: real metal deposited directly onto the raw stone, building a thick, permanent border. Not gold leaf or gilding, so it will not chip, peel or rub off.

Details

  • Approximately 6 x 7 inches
  • Electroformed edge in Gold, Silver or Rose Gold
  • Brass-finish modern hour and minute hands
  • Quartz movement, battery powered
  • 2 x AA batteries not included
  • Sturdy hook at the back for wall hanging
  • Metal display stand included, so it can stand on a desk or hang on a wall
  • Each piece is naturally unique in colour, pattern and shape
