The Stone

Stone in warm grey and taupe, densely speckled, with pale cloudy patches and fine rust-coloured flecks scattered through the surface.

The Design

Pieces in matching tones are set together and bound in clear resin to form one firm face, its outline left irregular and bordered in metal. The edge is electroformed: real metal deposited directly onto the raw stone, building a thick, permanent border. Not gold leaf or gilding, so it will not chip, peel or rub off.
