The Stone

Named indigo but sitting further towards violet than blue. The colour is strong and fairly even across the slab, with very little of the pale banding that runs through the amethyst sets, so it reads as a block of saturated purple.

Craftsmanship

Each coaster is hand cut from a single piece of natural stone and the outer edge is left as the slab broke, so no two silhouettes match. Real metal is then electroformed onto that edge: deposited directly onto the stone in a thick, solid border. Not paint, not gilding, not gold leaf. It will not chip, rub off, or fade.
