The Stone

A slab of natural green marble in deep forest tones, threaded with a dense network of darker veining and flecked with pale mineral mottling.

The Design

The marble is hand chipped rather than machine cut, so the long edges keep a shallow irregular profile, finished in metal. The edge is electroformed: real metal deposited directly onto the raw stone, building a thick, permanent border. Not gold leaf or gilding, so it will not chip, peel or rub off.
