The Stone

Dark pine green with charcoal veining, left with the raw edge the slab broke along. Of the greens in this range it is the darkest and the most even in tone, so the interest comes from the silhouette rather than from banding.

Craftsmanship

Each coaster is hand cut from a single piece of natural stone and the outer edge is left as the slab broke, so no two silhouettes match. Real metal is then electroformed onto that edge: deposited directly onto the stone in a thick, solid border. Not paint, not gilding, not gold leaf. It will not chip, rub off, or fade.
