The Stone

These are the most dramatic coasters in the range. Deep navy and teal rings close in on a near black centre, the concentric pattern that forms as agate fills a cavity from the outside inwards. Every square is cut at a different point through that pattern, so one may show a full ring and the next only an arc.

Craftsmanship

Each coaster is cut square from a larger slab and the four edges are trued by hand, which is why the corners are never quite identical. Real metal is then electroformed onto the rim: deposited directly onto the stone in a thick, solid border. Not paint, not gilding, not gold leaf. It will not chip, rub off, or fade.
