The Stone

Light ink blue agate in tall rectangular handles with squared-off natural edges: a muted periwinkle-blue shifting towards slate, with a cloudy, somewhat opaque quality and faint darker speckles visible within the stone. The colour is softer and cooler than true blue, with a quiet, understated character that sits well against the warm gold metalwork.

Craftsmanship

Each handle is hand-cut from natural stone. The edge is then electroformed: real metal electrically deposited directly onto the stone, building a thick, solid, permanent rim. Not paint, gilding, or gold leaf. Actual metal bonded to stone. It will not chip, rub off, or fade.
