The Stone

Black agate is fully opaque, with a smooth and almost glassy surface. The deep jet-black tone is consistent and rich across each handle — occasionally showing the faintest trace of fine grey grain or white banding, but dominated by that signature deep black. Each handle is a hand-selected slice of natural black agate, shaped into a clean rectangle and set with a silver electroformed edge. Electroforming is a precision technique where real metal is electrically deposited onto the stone — not painted, glued, or plated. The handles are mounted into high-quality stainless steel cutlery, balanced for everyday use.
