The Stone

Black obsidian left raw, each knob a three-dimensional nugget rather than a slice. Because obsidian is volcanic glass it fractures in shallow curved faces, and those faces come up glossy without being polished.

Craftsmanship

An electroformed metal cap is grown over the crown of each stone. Electroforming deposits real metal onto the stone itself rather than coating it, so the cap takes the shape of whatever it lands on and no two are the same. The thread and fixings are solid brass. Available in gold, silver and rose gold.
