The Stone

Natural black agate in an elongated flat-slice form - each piece a long bar of deep, near-black stone. Black agate has a smooth, dense surface with a subtle depth - not a flat matte black, but a polished darkness that catches light differently at each angle. Some pieces may show faint natural banding or slight colour variation between deep charcoal and true black. A strong, architectural material that works equally well in minimal and maximal interiors.

Craftsmanship

The edge of each agate slice is electroplated with real metal - brass deposited directly onto the stone through an electroforming process, not gold leaf or surface gilding that can rub off. The thick metallic border provides a warm accent to the cool black stone. The mounting hardware is solid brass. Available in gold, silver, and rose gold finishes.
