Craftsmanship

Each piece is made by hand. Genuine rose quartz crystal chips are applied one at a time around the lower half of the bowl, wrapping the glass in a broad band that narrows to a point where the bowl draws down into the stem. Real metal is then built up over the stone through an electroforming process, forming a thick, solid layer that locks each chip in place and finishes in a raw, organic crown along the top edge of the band, where the stone meets the clear glass. The stem and foot are left as bare clear glass. Unlike paint or thin plating, this is solid deposited metal: it will not rub off, chip, or peel. The outermost layer is applied in your finish of choice: gold, silver, or rose gold.
