The Design

The face of this 6-inch clock is covered in red crystal chips: a saturated, jewel-like surface that fills the full circle. At the centre sits a piece of natural white agate, hand-chipped to its own organic outline and raised slightly above the surrounding crystal bed. The stone edge and the clock hands are finished in the same metal, and the hands extend to the full diameter of the circle so the time is immediately readable from a distance.

The Stone

The centre piece is natural white agate: milky and near-opaque, with the soft warmth this material carries. It is hand-chipped to an organic outline: no two centre pieces share the same silhouette. The edge is finished by electroforming, where real metal is permanently bonded directly to the raw stone surface, building a thick, textured border that will not chip, peel, or fade over time.

The Crystals

Red crystal chips have an intensity that few materials can match. The colour is vivid and immediate: a saturated crimson with the natural faceted quality of real crystal, each chip catching and reflecting light at a slightly different angle. The full face of the clock is covered with them, so the colour fills the circle with depth and movement rather than sitting at fixed points.
