The Stone

Golden brown agate runs from pale cream through honey and amber to a deep caramel tan, with soft banding drawing the tones into one another. The stone glows particularly well in evening light, and pieces may feature crystalline pockets or occasional colour pooling. One of the warmer stones in the collection.

Craftsmanship

The stone is hand cut into a large slab and left with its own natural outline. The edge is then electroformed: real metal is electrically grown onto the stone itself, building a solid, permanent border that follows every contour. It is not paint, gilding or gold leaf, so it will not chip, peel or rub away. A pair of bar handles, electroformed to match your chosen finish, is mounted through the stone at each end.
