The Stone

A round slice of agate with a pale crystalline centre ringed by vivid magenta banding, the colour intensifying towards the outer edge of the stone.

The Design

The slice is thick and substantial, with a scalloped metal border following the natural outline of the cut. The edge is electroformed: real metal deposited directly onto the raw stone, building a thick, permanent border. Not gold leaf or gilding, so it will not chip, peel or rub off.
