The Stone

Green aventurine is a stone with a distinctly different character from agate. Rather than banding or translucency, it shows a fine fibrous layering — horizontal striations of pale sage and blue-green running across the slab like the grain of silk. The surface is semi-translucent, shifting from a cool mint-green to a softer grey-green in different lights. Calm and composed, with an understated texture that rewards a closer look.

Craftsmanship

The stone is hand-cut into a large slab format. The edge is electroformed: real metal electrically deposited directly onto the stone, building a thick, solid, permanent border. Not paint, gilding, or gold leaf. Actual metal bonded to stone.
