The Stone

Green agate in a lighter, more luminous form than the opaque forest greens elsewhere in the collection: teal-green with a noticeably icy, see-through quality. Internal fracture planes add a fractured-crystal depth to each handle. Tall narrow rectangular slabs with bevelled corners, paired with clean silver metalwork.

Craftsmanship

Each handle is hand-cut from natural stone. The edge is then electroformed: real metal electrically deposited directly onto the stone, building a thick, solid, permanent rim. Not paint, gilding, or gold leaf. Actual metal bonded to stone. It will not chip, rub off, or fade.

Specifications

Set of 2: serving fork and serving spoon
Material: Natural green agate
Handle: Tall narrow rectangular with bevelled corners, luminous teal-green with an icy internal quality, silver electroformed edges
Servers: Silver stainless steel fork and spoon
Natural stone: every handle is one of a kind
Food safe

As each piece is naturally formed, colour, depth, and pattern will vary.

Gifting

A serving pair that gets used rather than stored. The green agate handles give the set weight that plain metal does not. Works well for an anniversary, a housewarming or Karwa Chauth.
