The Stone

Each mug carries a hand-placed oval cluster of natural gemstone chips on one side: densely arranged into a jewel-like patch. Depending on the stone you choose, the patch shifts from deep amethyst purple to dramatic black agate banding, or vivid greens and reds. No two patches are identical.

Craftsmanship

Gemstone chips are individually hand-placed onto smooth ceramic and secured in place. Both the handle and the gold border framing the crystal patch are electroformed, real metal electrically deposited onto the ceramic, not paint or gilding, giving them a rich, durable lustre that sets this mug apart from ordinary metallic finishes.
