The Stone

Blue agate runs from pale sky blue through cornflower to a deeper denim, carrying the fine concentric banding the stone is known for. The surface has a sugary, crystalline character that catches light at an angle, and pieces may feature druzy formations or small crystal pockets. Airy, coastal and immediately distinctive.

Craftsmanship

The stone is hand cut into a slab and left with its own natural outline. The edge is then electroformed: real metal is electrically grown onto the stone itself, building a solid, permanent border that follows every contour. It is not paint, gilding or gold leaf, so it will not chip, peel or rub away. A pair of clean semicircular loop handles, electroformed to match your chosen finish, is mounted through the stone at each end.
