The Stone

Deep opaque black agate in flat slice form, each piece a clean, uninterrupted dark ground with no banding to break it up. The perimeter is left as the slice broke, so the silhouette is the only thing that changes from knob to knob, and it changes on every one.

Craftsmanship

The organic edge of each slice is wrapped in electroformed metal. Electroforming grows real metal directly onto the stone rather than laying foil or gilt over it, so the border follows every contour of the natural perimeter and stays bonded to the piece. The centre stud and fixings are solid brass. Available in gold, silver and rose gold.
