The Stone

Each of these knobs is a raw chunk of natural amethyst — the stone’s outer faces left completely unpolished, showing the mineral as it comes from the earth. Amethyst runs from smoky grey to deep purple-violet, and the rough face of each piece reveals natural crystalline texture: an angular, mineral character that polished stones don’t have. No two pieces look the same.

Craftsmanship

A thick collar of brass is electroplated directly onto the base of each stone — real metal deposited through an electroforming process, not paint or foil. This collar holds the fixing bolt securely and gives the piece its warm metallic accent at the stone’s base. The raw stone face remains completely untouched above it.
